The Sea Service procedures
Inquire → Shipping Order → Booking Confirmation → Loading Contaianer → Customs Declaration → Checking B.L → B.L(telex release or original B.L)
Inquire
When you inquire, need provide the following info:
■Description of Goods: if Dangeous or Frozen goods, should tell us, if goods like normal chemical, but no dangeous, need show "No-Dangerous Certificate" and "MSDS".
■Port of Loading, Country
■Port of Discharges, Country
■Quantity,weight,Carton size volume of goods
■Delivery Time:
■If need Certificate from shipping company for vessel
■When goods can be ready and How to Pick up goods
■How to settle freight(pre-paid or collect)
■Appointed shipping company
■How long do u need for free demurrage in Port of Discharges. 
■Need Master Bill of Loading or House Bill of Loading.
Shipping Order
After confirm price and all detail about your shippment, please fill in our Shipping Order and fax or email to us
Booking Confirm
When we got the Shipping Order, we will book space with shipping company according to your instruction.
Loading Container

■For LCL goods, send to warehouse is ok, no need shipper loading container
■For FCL
When we got the Booking Confirmation from shipping company, we send truck to pick up empty container from Container Yard, then go the facotory or supplier warehouse to loading container, seal the container, then return the container to Container Yard.
Check the container and seal number with shipping company, avoid mistake

1) some special goods, such as food, need inspect container before loading, so shipper show fill in and stamp the form from CIQ( need show the Container No, Size, Temperature,Imspection Leveral on the form).when the officer from CIQ inspect the container and issue the certificate, loading container and keep the certificate for customs declaration.
2) if goods with wooden packing and send to Europe or America or some other country, then need Fumigation

Checking B.L(Bill of Lading)
A bill of lading is a document which is issued by the transportation carrier to the shipper acknowledging that they have received the shipment of goods and that they have been placed on board a particular vessel which is bound for a particular destination and states the terms in which these goods received are to be carried.
On B.L, usually show 
 1)Vessel /Voyage
 2) B.L No
 3) Carrier
 4) Shipper(name & address)
 5) Consignee(name & address)
 6) Notify(name & address)
 7) Port of loading,Port of disharge
 8) Marks and Numbers,Kind of packages and description of goods,Number of pieces,Gross weight,Measurement.
 9) Freight payable at
10) Number of Orig. Bs/L, Date, Place
Check and confirm B.L must within the shipping company appointed time, otherwise will occur amending charges
B.L

■Take Original B.L, if you need show some special words or issue some certificate from shipping company, you must fill in the shipping company Guarantee form and with their allowance, then you can get them.
you can only Take Original B.L after the vessel set sail
■other way is telex-release the goods, need return all original B.L back to shipping company,then shipping company will send a telex advice to their office or agent overseas instructing them that, once all other conditions have been met (such as payment of any collect charges, etc), they should release the cargo to your consignee without the usual surrender of an original bill of lading on their side. usually shipping company will also fax you a copy of the telex release denoting the date and time
